You are correct. You're dealing with TUSD and the likes of Joel T. Ireland and Alex Rodriguez heading The Governing Board. In other words and IMHO, "The blind leading the blind." There isn't a whole lot in TUSD that makes much sense these days. Fortunately, the countdown to Roger Pfeuffer's retirement has begun!"
